To proceed with the repatriation of the deceased, the following documents are required:
- Completing and submitting our online forms under Repatriation Documents enables us to take the deceased into our care.
- The deceased’s original passport from their country of birth.
- Appointment of a receiving agent or funeral director in Thailand.
- Thai death certificate issued by The Royal Thai Embassy to accompany the deceased on their journey.
Bellrae staff can help you gather these documents and provide support at our office or in the comfort of your home.
Please note that you must organise a receiving agent in your country for all repatriations from Perth.

We believe in transparent pricing to help families understand the costs of bringing their loved ones home from Perth to Thailand. Our upfront approach helps you prepare for expenses and ensures you are well-informed, providing clarity and support throughout the repatriation process.

This includes liaising with the family/Administrator and the provider for Doctors, coroners, and the Department of Health to procure required documentation. We also liaise with the receiving agent or funeral director.

We will provide flight details for family members to book if they wish to accompany the deceased on their final journey.
We arrange flights to the most appropriate airport in Thailand, considering the final resting place of your loved one and the family's preferences. As we cannot fly into every airport, please expect a delay if road transport is necessary. This can be organised through your receiving agent.
