Documents needed for repatriation to Singapore
To proceed with the repatriation of the deceased, the following documents are required:
- Completion and submission of our online forms found under Repatriation Documents enables us to take the deceased into our care.
- The deceased’s original passport from their country of birth.
- Appointment of a receiving agent or funeral director in Singapore.
Bellrae staff are available to assist you in gathering these documents and can provide support either at our office or in the comfort of your home.
Please note that you will need to organise a receiving agent in your country for all repatriations from Perth.
Perth to Singapore repatriation pricing
We are committed to providing transparent pricing, enabling families to fully understand the financial commitments involved in repatriating their loved ones. This upfront approach ensures families are well-informed and can prepare for the costs associated with bringing their loved one home.
The professional fee cost is $4,400.
This includes liaising with the family/Administrator and with the provider for the following: Doctors, coroners, Department of Health for the procurement of required documentation. We also liaise with the receiving agent or funeral director.
Additionally, we provide coordination of freight services from Perth to any major international airport.
Professional Fee and Service Inclusions are GST exclusive and prices are subject to change due to consulate requirements and coffin selections.
The service inclusions cost is $4,234.
This is subject to change depending on location and special requests.
Our comprehensive service includes:

Bellrae coordinates all flight arrangements for your loved one’s repatriation to Singapore, closely working with airlines to comply with all transport requirements.
Should family members wish to accompany the deceased on their final journey, we will provide flight details for the family to book.
We arrange flights to the most appropriate airport in Singapore, considering the final resting place of your loved one and the preferences of the family. As we cannot fly into every airport, please expect a delay if road transport is necessary, this can be organised through your receiving agent.
Airline fees are subject to change. The above price is quoted at 150kg.
